Post Description

The 2007 Crossroads Guitar Festival was held at Toyota Park in Bridgeview, Illinois on July 28, 2007. Tickets were estimated as sold out for the 28,000 capacity park in 22 minutes. A DVD of the concert was released on November 20, 2007.

Eric Clapton would join and play with most performers, and there were many other one-off collaborations that took place during the show. In Order of appearance, the performers were -

Prachtig in beeld gebracht, sfeervol en soms documentair aandoend "verslag" van het Crossroads Guitar Festival 2007. Zeer verrassende combinaties van gearriveerde top gitaristen en muzikanten die hun passie voor rock en blues niet onder stoelen of banken steken. Het hoogtepunt is wat mij betreft de spannende set van Steve Winwood en Clapton (Blind Faith!) 4 uur lang spatten het speelplezier en muzikaliteit van het scherm af. Een absolute aanrader.
