Deze FIX lost de lange scans voor Windows Update in Win 7 op!!!

Since Microsoft didn't do it, i decided to do it

i ripped the "Windows Update Client" components off rollup KB3172605
those components are defined and deployed by sub-packages, e.g. Package_301_for_KB3172605
so i extracted/prepared/repacked those packages to be installed easily as individual .cab files

why?
simply because this WUClient version provides the long-awaited fix for the long scan issue in WU
which makes it a highly priority update that should be installed

but, i know there are users who skip installing rollups KB3161608/KB3172605 for various reasons
some are having issues with the rollup (such as the Bluetooth one)
some don't like to install other "unrelated" optional fixes just to get the WU fix
and some just choose not to install any non-security updates

i also know that most of those user might skip my project as well :D

you can install the packages yourself with dism, or use the scripts i made to automate the process

# Advantages #

- allows you to have the WU fix solely without other fixes in the rollup that you may not want or cause you problems
- do not need any prerequisites updates (the whole rollup require servicing stack update KB3020369)
- installation is done normally with DISM tool like any other updates packages
- completely safe, all files are in their original state, the project is just a repacking of files
and the system itself checks files integrity and won't allow the installation if the check failed

# Disadvantages #

as a side effect you will get multiple enries for KB3172605 in "Installed Updates" panel
and if you decided to install the whole KB3172605 rollup later, you will also get one more entry

this is merely a cosmetic issue that don't decrease or affect the packages functionality

Pak de juiste zip uit (x64 voor 64bit windows en x86 voor 32bit windows), gebruik de optie uitpakken in<bestandsnaam> of "alles uitpakken".

Voor het installeren van de FIX start het bestand "install-online.cmd" met admin rechten (rechtermuisknop en kies "als admin uitvoeren" en laat het zijn gang gaan,
als het klaar is zal het aangeven dat er een reboot nodig is, doe dit even handmatig en windows update zal binnen korte tijd weer alle updates vinden.
