Ben drastisch minderen met de koffie, beetje ziek van ´t alle dagen spacen in de kop en ´t fysiek stuiteren van de dagelijkse overdosis  caffeìne , hetzelfde spacen en stuiteren in ´t opzicht waar we hier mee aankomen daar kan ik dan weer geen genoeg van krijgen en is het juist eerder een gezond advies er vooral van te blijven houden & er inderdaad flink op te blijven spacen stuiteren stoeien en stampen, want gezellig & super voor onze conditie d'n fat beats!
