Tested on OS X 10.6.8, 10.7.5, 10.9.1

Drag and drop the Keygen in the Applications folder

Open the folder Keygens, Get Info (file .exe):

Open with: Select the application Keygen, Change All..

Are you sure you want to change all similar documents to open with the application “Keygen”?

This change will apply to all documents with extension “.exe”.

Continue.

Now, open Keygen.exe with double click
