De lichamen van het monster van Frankenstein en Dracula arriveren uit Europa om te worden gebruikt in een spookhuis. De managers, Wilbur Grey en Chick Young, worden opgeschrikt als Dracula ontwaakt en ontsnapt met het monster, dat hij nieuw leven in wil blazen. Larry 'The Wolfman' Talbot arriveert uit Londen om Dracula zijn snode plannen proberen te beletten. Dracula bijt de mooie Dr. Sandra Mornay, die hem daarna helpt Wilbur te ontvoeren, om zijn hersenen over te planten in het monster. Chick en Talbot proberen hem te bevrijden, maar als de volle maan opkomt raken de Wolfman, Frankenstein en Dracula danig boven hun theewater.
