New! Open Shows from ProShow Web

- Open PXW (ProShow Web Archive) files 
- Allows shows created with ProShow Web to be downloaded into ProShow for further editing 
- PXW files can be opened from the File menu, or by double-clicking them in Windows

Improvements to the Wizard

- Enhanced logic used in wizard to apply slide styles / transitions 
- Enhanced logic used in wizard to determine transition durations 
- Added confirmation prompt when closing wizard using ESC key 
- Enhanced response time when retrying a show in the wizard
