Terroristen vallen een nucleaire basis aan en nemen de controle over alle nucleaire wapens over.

Nick Corrigan (kickboxing champ Don "The Dragon" Wilson), a heavy-fisted military courier, suddenly finds himself demoted. 
But on his way to a nuclear-missile launch site, he learns that Arab terrorists have taken over the base and are threatening 
to launch weapons of mass destruction at U.S. targets. Now, undetected by the bad guys, 
Nick becomes the last line of defense in this action-packed kung fu adventure.
