The band started in May 1994 as Kerberos, playing melodic heavy/death metal with black metal influences. Seven months later Anders Jacobsson joined in and the band changed their name.
The band is currently searching for a replacement for keyboardist Andreas Karlsson due to his inability to perform live with the band.
Draconian's fourth album has been completed. The album, which will be entitled "Turning Season Within", has just gone through the last stages of mixing and we can assure you; producer Jens Bogren did an amazing job in shaping Draconians so far heaviest and most reflective creation. The release is set for late January 2008.
