Episode 5 - The Priory, Haywards Heath, EnglandGordon is off to the Priory this week. Not the chain of private rehabilitation centres popular with celebrities, but a stunning-looking restaurant in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. The building is a converted Gothic chapel, boasting magnificent stained-glass windows and an original vaulted ceiling. Unfortunately, the food is anything but heavenly. The old-fashioned carvery is unhygienic, unappetising and haemorrhaging money faster than you can say, "All you can eat". Will a session with the apathetic staff in the confessional and a blessing from the local clergy lift Gordon's spirits? Not a hope in hell.
