Ep. 4: As Shell's bullying of Rachel starts to get out-of-hand, Zandra plans an escape from the abortion clinic. 

Ep. 5: An investigation into Rachel's suicide gets under way, with Helen desperate to discover the truth regardless of Jim's suspicious motives. Dominic becomes increasingly frustrated with his job and decides to quit.

Ep. 6: Alcoholic Jessie Devlin arrives at G Wing and is promptly ridiculued by Shell Dockely. Meanwhile, Dominic finally admits past mistakes to Helen, who is becoming closer to Nikki.
