After a plain-clothes detective (Steve Sax) discovers that the Russian mob is running a sex-slave ring under the guise of a modeling agency, (and have kidnapped a member of the Colombian drug cartel) he's witness to a "battle" between the opposing sides, and gets sandwiched in the middle!
