Inhoud:

Tung is een politieagent die nauwe banden onderhoudt met de gangsterbazen in zijn district. Zeer tegen zijn zin wordt hij gekoppeld aan nieuwkomer Mike, een onkreukbare diender en letterlijk Tung's tegenpool. Ondanks de tegenstellingen ontstaat er een vriendschap tussen beide mannen die op de proef gesteld wordt wanneer Cheung, de lokale triade leider en tevens vriend van Tung, op last van moord de stad in allerijl verlaten moet. In zijn afwezigheid wordt de macht overgenomen door een ambitieuze gangster.
