The surprise hit of 2007 returns and this time you aren"t just battling criminals but mutant creatures that have already overrun the city at night. Law and order has completely broken down and normal citizens have rebelled against the Agency to form their own group of fighters.

Despite the increased dangers your mission remains the same: to make Pacific City a safe place to live again. As a super human "Agent" that means you"re going to have to power up even more with all-new superpowers, more explosive weaponry and a whole range of new vehicles.

Even then the odds only start to come in your favour if you team up with friends in the new four-player co-operative mode, as you take on the whole of the story campaign together. Mixing classic shoot "em-up gameplay with platform jumping and open world adventure Crackdown 2 has everything except a quiet moment.

About the Developer: Ruffian Games
New Scottish company Ruffian Games was founded by two of the lead designers of Realtime Worlds" Crackdown; with other employees also coming from Realtime, as well as Lionhead Studios and Bizarre Creations. With Realtime busy on APB Ruffian"s first game will be Crackdown 2.
