Notes by ldb:

the excellent version from Hugin33 had "Someone, Somewhere (In Summertime)" missing. I retrieved it from last night's broadcast on italian radio

Track 11 from RAI broadcast on December 28, 2015 with the following lineage:

RAI Radio Uno > Onkyo TX-8511 FM tuner > HD > Sound Forge 7.0 > CD Wave Editor > FLAC Frontend (level 6)

you won't hear the difference between the two sources unless you know it. I could insert smoothly the missing song in the correct setlist order.
Now you have the complete show from start to finish. I could not use the italian broadcast for the full show because the DJs spoke a lot during
the songs, but at least I could extract one track and eliminate the talks.
