The History Channel premiers a special tomorrow night called ?Most Extreme Airports? in which they show some of the craziest runways on airports throughout the world. Many of the airports shown were built decades ago without modern technology and before their select destinations weren?t in as high demand from a mass-market of travel. The older and smaller runways combined with larger 21st century aircraft and better landing technology make these once private runways accessible by large commercial jets which makes for some exciting landings.
